I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our needs. They were quick to respond to any requests and provided excellent customer service. Secondly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated in a good area, it was just a short walk away from cultural and locally-based food options, as well as iconic landmarks like the dragon bridge. Additionally, the rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing all the basic amenities one would need. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious and varied, catering to different tastes.

No negatives.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely attentive and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. They even opened the door for me late at night so I could go see the spin bridge! The outdoor pool on the 3rd floor was small but offered a beautiful view. The room I stayed in on the 12th floor was spacious and had a fantastic view over the city and the nearby bridge.

Everything was great, no improvements needed.

Room with a view of the city was pretty nice. Especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. location was very convenient for exploring the city.

Unfortunately the room had a funky smell that never went away, which made it hard to fully enjoy the stay. the bathroom could have used a good deep clean as there was a lot of grime in the corners.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Da Nang and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the hotel offered incredible value for money. The prices were reasonable and affordable, especially considering the quality of the facilities provided. Secondly, the staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Their helpfulness made my stay much more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with all the basic amenities one would expect and had a good view of the surroundings.

Everything was satisfactory and I had a great stay.

Fast check-in/out, friendly staff, accommodating our needs, cultural food options, close to Dragon Bridge, good room and breakfast.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a great romantic escape and enjoyed the stunning views from our spotless room and the delicious breakfast every morning. The location was perfect, close to the beach and with easy access to local attractions. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That some of the staff struggled with speaking English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. However, this did not take away from the overall amazing experience we had at this hotel.

We loved this hotel's central location, which put us within walking distance of some of the city's best cultural and food options. The staff was accommodating, responding to our needs quickly and professionally. We found the buffet breakfast to have an enormous variety of delicious choices.

This hotel is situated in a great location, with easy access to the Dragon Bridge and the river. the rooms are generally clean and well-maintained, with useful facilities such as working air conditioning and Wi-Fi. the breakfast offers a decent selection with a pleasant view. the staff is quite attentive and helpful in general.
